“Soft Power” หรือ “อำนาจอ่อน” หรือ “อำนาจละมุน” คือคำที่ผมรู้สึกว่าแต่ละคนเข้าใจไม่ค่อยเหมือนกัน เวลาได้ยินในข่าว หรือได้ยินนักการเมืองพูดถึงนิยามความหมาย ก็รู้สึกว่าผิด ๆ ถูก ๆ (ผิดซะส่วนใหญ่) แต่รู้สึกว่าอย่างน้อยแล้ว คนไทยในปัจจุบันให้ความสำคัญกับเรื่องศิลปวัฒนธรรม และความคิดสร้างสรรค์มากยิ่งขึ้น
